Main activities & Responsibility: 
In order to assist your supervisor, take the initiative to manage daily concerns, support, and follow-up plans and activities while offering an effective and professional service. Organise, schedule, and record the minutes of the management meetings. Organise, plan, and oversee the department's and management team's activities and events. assistance with business, travel, cost reporting, general administration, and creating and organising an agenda. In charge of the department's administrative procedures and knowledgeable about IT platforms including Teams, MS Office, SharePoint, EBD, and Origo. accountable for the department's information flow. Participate actively in the onboarding process by giving new hires information on the tools and method of operation. Use benchmarked resources and practices in other divisions of the same company.
